<p>2008年8月8号，咱们中国人民终于等来了奥运开幕的这一天！&nbsp;</p>
<p>从昨天晚上开始，我跟小凯同学俩人就守在网上看各种个样的开幕式前报道，看得我俩那个热血沸腾啊！连觉都不想睡了，打算熬个通宵，跟热情的北京一起迎奥运，可惜。。。还不到两点，我们就先后的趴下去见周公了。。。&nbsp;</p>
<p>今天一大早，被设定好的闹钟叫醒，起来看奥运开幕式。&nbsp;</p>
<p>就一句话，太好看太好看了！&nbsp;</p>
<p>且不说传神的光影应用，恢宏庞大的场面，光是观众们高涨的热情，就足以使得我们身在海外的游子从心底升起不可遏止的想要欢呼的冲动了，我真的好爱你啊，我的祖国！&nbsp;</p>
<p>最让我惊艳的是那二十多个大脚丫礼花，场地中间的巨幅画轴和一直不断在场地中间跳跃欢迎各国代表团的小姑娘们，真棒啊！&nbsp;</p>
<p>从一亮相就被指责不断的西红柿炒鸡蛋队服，在现场看起来也不是太糟糕嘛！（终于没有带那个白帽子，暗地里松了一口气。。。顺便bs一下现场的一个摄影师，代表团不给好好的拍，偏喜欢去拍人家的脚，好多镜头都用来拍杂乱无章的小腿了，很气愤中。。。）&nbsp;</p>
<p>所以了，这个西红柿炒鸡蛋，一定要吃！估计咱们全国人民都会做。就这么一道菜，从小吃到大，都没有吃腻过。偷懒不想做饭的时候，炒个西红柿炒鸡蛋，往白米饭上面一浇，好吃！那个香那个营养呐！</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>原料：&nbsp;</p>
<p>2个鸡蛋<br />2个西红柿<br />1小勺糖<br />1小撮葱花<br />盐和油适量<br /></p>
<p>做法：</p>
<p>&nbsp;鸡蛋加盐打散，炒熟备用。&nbsp;</p>
<p>西红柿切小块，下锅炖软，加糖。&nbsp;</p>
<p>将炒好的鸡蛋倒回锅内，翻炒均匀即可，表面撒葱花作装饰。 </p>

<p>最近貌似西葫芦的丰收季节，每次去买菜都能看见有绿盈盈鲜嫩嫩的小西葫芦在卖，可爱得很，还带着浓浓的夏天的气息，害得我每次总忍不住要买点回来，真的是怎么做都好吃呢！</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>小凯同学回家来，看到餐桌上摆着这个，很激动的喊：&ldquo;哦，ratatouille！！！！！&rdquo;</p>
<p>懒得去慢慢跟他解释这两者的区别，反正一转眼他又会忘记的，好吃才是王道！</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>(ratatouille是去年好莱坞动画大片ratatouille/五星大鼠里面小老鼠做的那个菜，在法国相当流行和普遍，很久以前这道菜被认为是穷人菜，但现在被越来越多追求健康的人认可，尤其这部电影出来以后，ratatouille被更多人所认识了。)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;原料：</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>2根西葫芦<br />2根黄色的菜瓜（yellow squash）<br />4个小个头的西红柿，切片<br />1小把意大利香菜（parsley）<br />1小撮现磨的黑胡椒末<br />1瓣蒜，切碎<br />1个小个头的洋葱，切碎<br />1大勺色拉油<br />盐适量<br />2小块奶酪，切成丁（牌子种类不限，爱吃什么就放什么好了）</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>做法：</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 锅里放油，用中火爆香蒜末和碎洋葱，把两种瓜切成厚片，放入锅里一起翻炒约六七分钟，关火，加入盐，黑胡椒和意大利香菜，拌匀。</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在烤盘内撒一半的奶酪丁，装入西红柿，炒过的西葫芦和黄色菜瓜，最面上撒剩下的一半奶酪丁，送入预热到400F/204度的烤箱，烤20到25分钟。</p>

<p align="left">如果不算西红柿炒鸡蛋之类的菜的话，可乐鸡翅算是我结婚后学会的第一道正儿八经的菜。其实挺好做的，无非是炒一炒，焖一焖，再炒一炒，出来的成品都无一例外的金红油亮，香气四溢，咸甜适口，非常容易就满足了我那小小的虚荣心哈！</p>

<p align="left">越往后的日子，这个可乐鸡翅就越少做了，今天看见冰箱里的几罐可乐，突然就想起可乐鸡翅，以往的时光和甜蜜也就跟着记忆蜂拥而来。。。</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">几年前这个菜一度风靡大江南北，估计有多少个炒菜的人，就有多少个版本的可乐鸡翅吧？</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">原料：</p>
<p align="left">6只鸡翅<br />1罐可乐<br />1块姜，切片<br />1小勺料酒<br />2大勺酱油<br />适量盐</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">做法：</p>
<p align="left">鸡翅切成小块，放锅里用大火炒至微微金黄色，加入姜片，料酒，酱油，可乐和盐，随后盖上盖子，一直焖到汤汁浓稠，然后收汁，起锅盛盘。</p>

<p align="left">微酸微甜又微辣的鸡翅，无疑是夏天里搭配啤酒的好伴侣哦！&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">这个算是美式做法，相当简单，因为不用费劲的去爆炒下油锅什么的，但是做出来的效果是一级棒哦！</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">原料：</p>
<p align="left">6只鸡翅<br />1小块姜，切片<br />4大勺番茄酱<br />4大勺辣椒酱<br />盐和水适量</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">做法：</p>
<p align="left">鸡翅切成小块，加姜片，盐和冷水，大火烧开后接着煮8分钟，放到喷了油的烤盘上，鸡翅上也喷点油，送入预热到&nbsp; 400F/204度的烤箱，每面烤15分钟。&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">同时把番茄酱和辣椒酱按1比1的体积混合， 烤好的鸡翅趁热放到酱汁内，用个大盘子或者保鲜膜之类的东西封住碗口，使劲摇晃，直至鸡翅均匀的蘸上所有的酱汁为止。</p>

<p align="left">像我们一样到异地上学的人，对茶叶蛋肯定不陌生，火车到了站的时候，小贩们卖的最多的，就是这个茶叶蛋。火车坐得倦了的人们，走下车去，舒舒筋骨，顺便买点儿小吃的，吃两个茶叶蛋。 茶叶蛋仿佛也成了人在旅途的一个标志。&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">我记得学校大食堂是没有茶叶蛋卖的，但是通往教室楼的路上有个小摊卖茶叶蛋，同时也卖鸡蛋饼和肉夹馍。那时候的早饭，通常就是一包牛奶，一个茶叶蛋和一个肉夹馍。我和小凯同学一边走一边吃，惬意而舒适的大学生活啊！&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">没有理由的，突然就想起来要做茶叶蛋，仿佛又看见了青葱大学岁月中的小凯和我自己。</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">原料：&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">6个鸡蛋<br />3个红茶包<br />2枚八角（大料）<br />1小段桂皮<br />2粒丁香<br />2杯水<br />2小勺白糖<br />5大勺酱油<br />1大勺王守义十三香<br />盐适量</p>
<p align="left">这个茶叶蛋最适合用电慢炖锅（slow cooker）来做，不用看火，不用担心烧干，安全又方便。</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">做法：&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">鸡蛋放冷水中煮，水开后接着煮5分钟。&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">所有的调料放入慢炖锅内&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">鸡蛋煮好后捞出，轻轻敲裂蛋壳然后 放入慢炖锅，用最小火炖一晚上</p>

<p align="left">夏天来了，经常又闷又热，要是还要在厨房里面爆炒的话，那滋味是很难受滴。。。但是这个可不是亏待自己的理由哦！稍稍换个做法，夏天一样可以安然的享受美食！&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">辣子鸡和辣子鸡翅是我的最爱，不会因为天热就再也不做了，换了烤箱来做，省心省力，效果味道一样的好.&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">正不正宗就顾不上了，好吃才是王道！</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">原料：&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">6个大鸡翅<br />1小块姜，一半切丝，一半切片<br />4瓣蒜，切片<br />1小把干辣椒<br />1小撮花椒<br />1小撮白芝麻<br />1大勺料酒<br />3大勺酱油<br />1大勺白糖<br />适量盐</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">做法：&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">鸡翅切小块，加水没过鸡块，加1勺盐和姜丝，&nbsp; 大火煮开后接着煮8到10分钟 。&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">烤盘纸抹一层油，放鸡翅，在鸡翅上再喷一层油，送入预热到450F/230度的烤箱，烤15分钟，翻个面，再再喷一层油，再烤15分钟，拿出备用。&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">锅里爆香姜片，蒜片，花椒 和干辣椒， 下鸡块，加料酒，酱油，糖和盐，一起翻炒至汤汁收干，放白芝麻，接着煸炒 一两分钟，起锅。</p>

<p align="left">像米粒一样可爱的意大利面，配上意大利风味的肉肠，给餐桌带来了浓浓的异国风情。。。&nbsp;</p>

<p align="left">1杯意大利面/Orzo/Rosamarina（约250毫升）<br />1.5杯鸡汤（约375毫升，或根据实际情况调整）<br />1小撮现磨的黑胡椒末<br />2根意大利风味的香肠<br />6个大蘑菇，切片<br />盐和油适量&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">做法：&nbsp;</p>
<div align="left">香肠切小块，放锅里用小火慢慢煎出油，然后放入蘑菇同炒，等蘑菇煸软后，倒入意大利面，翻炒均匀，倒入鸡汤，加盐和黑胡椒末调味，大火烧开后转小火，焖至汤汁收干，面条软糯即可，约 10到15分钟。</div>

<div align="left">其实包装上说6分钟就可以煮好，大概因为转小火焖的关系，时间要比6分钟长，最好根据实际情况决定。&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>

<p>买菜的时候，有很新鲜的韭菜卖，注明了是附近农场的产品，买了一把回来，果然新鲜，搞得满冰箱满屋子都是韭菜味，赶紧消灭了它比较好。&nbsp;</p>
<p>韭菜的功用估计大家都明白，所谓食补不如药补，时不时吃药，还不如从饮食上开始呢！&nbsp;</p>
<p>原料：&nbsp;</p>
<p>1把韭菜<br />2个鸡蛋<br />2大勺冬菜<br />3大勺虾皮<br />盐和油适量</p>
<p>做法：&nbsp;</p>
<p>韭菜洗净后，切成小粒。&nbsp;</p>
<p>烧热锅，加油，下鸡蛋，打散炒熟，然后下韭菜粒，加盐调味。（冬菜比较咸，放盐的时候一定慎重哦！）&nbsp;</p>
<p>韭菜炒熟后，下冬菜和虾皮，翻炒均匀后即可起锅盛盘。</p>

<p align="left">红薯是超级健康的食品，也是防癌抗癌的明星，我们每个星期都吃好几磅的红薯，而且，红薯怎么做都好吃，是我的最爱之一。</p>
<p align="left">加入了红薯的馒头，颜色马上就生动起来，味道也很好呢！&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">原料：&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">1个中等个头的红薯<br />1杯温水（约250毫升）<br />4大勺红糖（60毫升）<br />4杯高筋面粉（560克）<br />1.5茶勺酵母（7.5毫升）<br />1茶勺盐（5毫升）&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">做法：&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">把红薯削皮，切成小块，加水没过红薯，煮至红薯软烂，约10分钟，然后给 捣成红薯泥。&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">温水加2勺红糖，化开酵母， 5到8分钟后，加入面粉，红糖，红薯泥和盐，启动面包机的面团程序。&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">30分钟后，面包机给活成面团，60分钟后，面团发酵完毕。&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">把面团从面包机拿出来，排气，整形成圆馒头，再度发酵15到20分钟后，冷水上锅蒸 14到16分钟。</p>

<p align="left">上大学的时候，经常和小凯同学去五道口吃麻辣烫，再要一大盘蛋炒饭，两个人分着吃，蛋炒饭的香味就这样跟着爱情一起成为美好的回忆。。。</p>
<p align="left">最早学会做的，也是这个蛋炒饭，简单而喷香，拿出来还是蛮能够唬人的哦！&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">原料：</p>
<p align="left">3只鸡蛋<br />1大碗冷米饭<br />1小撮葱花<br />盐和油适量&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">做法：&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">鸡蛋打散，备用。&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left">不粘锅烧热，倒少许油，晃动不粘锅，让油均匀的沾满锅底，倒入蛋液，稍稍凝固的时候倒入米饭，用铲子边炒边打散米饭，然后加盐调味，便可起锅盛盘，撒葱花作装饰。</p>
